Meta Crowd is a community-based educational and crowdfunding platform created to provide:

• Technical education

The primary objective of Meta Crowd is to empower people with knowledge, career-building skills, and technology awareness.

• The ID activation fee is collected primarily for educational access, technical learning programs, digital training, and platform services.
• The activation amount is also used within the platform's 100% distribution model structure.
• All activation payments are considered service-based educational access fees.

• Meta Crowd operates on a community-based 100% distribution system.
• The platform itself does not generate profits from external investment activities, trading, or hidden income sources.
• The entire distribution structure depends on user participation and new member activations within the system.

• All earnings are based only on community activity, team growth, and new user participation.
• Income is not fixed, guaranteed, or assured.
• User earnings may vary depending on platform activity and network expansion.
• Meta Crowd does not promise any guaranteed financial returns.

To maintain servers, system automation, technical infrastructure, development, and platform management:

• 10% withdrawal fee will be charged on withdrawals.
• 5% fund transfer fee will be charged on wallet transfers.
• These charges are used solely for platform maintenance and operational management.

• Users may activate multiple IDs at their own discretion.
• Qualification for ranks, bonuses, or business growth through multiple IDs is completely the user's personal decision and responsibility.
• The company or platform will not be responsible for user strategies involving multiple accounts.

• All ID activation fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Once an ID is activated, no refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.

• The Global Auto Pool operates on a FIFO (First In First Out) system.
• Placement is fully automatic.
• No manual positioning or manipulation is allowed.
• The system fills members from left to right and top to bottom automatically.

• A percentage of earnings may be automatically allocated to the Rebirth Wallet according to platform rules.
• Once the required balance is reached, a new Rebirth ID may be automatically generated.
• Rebirth IDs are eligible only for Auto Pool earnings.

Every user is fully responsible for:

• Understanding the platform model before joining
• Following local laws and regulations
• Protecting login credentials and wallet access
• Managing personal financial decisions
• Using the platform ethically and legally

Users must not:

• Mislead others with false promises
• Use fake information or fake accounts
• Attempt system manipulation
• Engage in illegal activities
• Damage the reputation of the platform

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
